Welcome to Batavia, Mark! Maur and I took a quick run over to your new location on East Wilson late last week. It looks like a great location with plenty of room to continue to grow your successful business. You will recall it was over 10 years ago when we first brought one of our vehicles to you.

We had heard good reports from Maur's co-workers, and with your shop being less than a hundred yards from where she works in West Chicago, we had to give you a try.

Since that first time, you have serviced all the Simpson vehicles, including those of our daughter and son. Our cars have not seen the inside of anyone else's shop, except a couple of times when you checked our warranties and pointed out to us we would have our car repaired at no cost to us, if we brought our car back to the dealer for service.

You did not have to do that, and with our busy schedules we would not have thought of warranties, but you did, Mark. This is just one example of the professionalism and honesty you have always demonstrated with us. This is rare, particularly in the automotive repair business, and we consider ourselves fortunate to know you. Not only have you taken great care of our vehicles, many times you have gone above and beyond this making it convenient to drop off and pick up our vehicles at odd times.

For all of these reasons, and because it just is a pleasure doing business with you, we look forward to continuing our relationship now that you are in our neighborhood.
